Vision Tips & Tricks – Part 2 – Use the Project Info Center List View to Display Phases and Tasks

The Vision Tips & Tricks session is typically one of the most attended sessions at Insight. It is attended by beginners, intermediates, and experts who are all looking for easy to remember nuggets of information to unlock the power of Vision.  By overwhelming request, I will share some of the tips that I covered in my session.

Use the Project Info Center List View to Display Phases and Tasks:

The ability to add Phase and Task (WBS2/WBS3) records to the project info center list view was added in version 7.1. Use the advanced search to control which records are loaded to the list view. The project level drop down now has an “any level” option. We’ve also added a Display drop down above the results grid.
